Dr. Jeremy Fowler has been in the optometry business for nearly twenty years. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Dr. Fowler learned the profession as an optician and technician before entering the Doctor of Optometry program at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Dr. Fowler received his B.S. in Optometry from Indiana University in 2006, and his Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University in 2008. Dr. Fowler completed external primary care and ocular disease rotations at the Atwater Eye Center and Community Eye Center in Bloomington, Indiana, the Indianapolis Eye Care Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, the Muncie Eye Center in Muncie, Indiana, and the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Since completing his rotations, Dr. Fowler has practiced in a variety of optometric settings (medical, corporate, private practice, and institutional) which has allowed him to enhance his optometric skills using the latest technology in the industry. Dr. Fowler has also provided optometry services to patients in Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala. Dr. Fowler is a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society and the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists. He is a full service eye care provider with a special focus on pediatric and children's eye exams, as well the treatment and management of dry eye disease and glaucoma. Dr. Fowler has lived in Oldham County since 2010. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the piano, watching sports, and exploring the outdoors with his family.
